Nepalyatri is a premium travel brand operated by Admire Nepal Tours And Trek Pvt. Ltd., a private limited company registered with the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Industry, Commerce & Supplies (Company Registration No. 289750/78/079), licensed by the Valley Tourism Office, Bagmati Province (Licence No. 3014/079, valid through May 31, 2027), and a General Member of the Trekking Agencies’ Association of Nepal (TAAN).

When you contact us, submit an enquiry, or confirm a journey with Nepalyatri, we may collect the following information:

- Dietary requirements (satvik, Jain, fasting preferences)
- Mobility or health considerations relevant to the journey
- Government-issued ID details required for entry documentation
- Payment-related information for confirmed bookings
We collect only what is necessary to design and deliver a journey that genuinely fits your family. Nothing more.

Who else sees your information

Information is shared only with the service partners directly responsible for your journey — and only to the extent required to deliver it:

- Licensed guides, for family-specific briefings before each day
- Transport and helicopter operators, where applicable

- Government or immigration authorities, where legally required for entry
Each service partner operates under their own privacy obligations. We select partners who demonstrate the same standard of care.
How we protect what you share
We take reasonable and appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, misuse, loss, or disclosure. Communications through WhatsApp use end-to-end encryption. Our email correspondence is handled through secured channels.
